I work with companies of all sizes as a communications consultant, supporting everything from internal communications and campaigns to brand, content, digital experiences and marketing. Whether you're launching something new, navigating change, updating your website or simply need someone to take the pressure off, I adapt to the way your team works and become an extension of it.
Based in Orewa, just north of Auckland, I work with organisations across New Zealand and internationally. Most days you'll find me in my office by the beach, but I'm equally happy working alongside your team when the opportunity calls for it.

I've always been curious.
I'm the kind of person who enjoys understanding how things work, why some ideas resonate while others don't, and what turns a good idea into one that people genuinely remember. I naturally ask questions, look beyond the obvious and enjoy finding practical ways forward.
Throughout my career, I've worked with organisations across industries, audiences and markets, helping them navigate communication challenges, strengthen their messages and create experiences that resonate with the people they're designed for.
No two projects are the same, and that's exactly what I love. One day I might be helping a leader communicate a vision, the next shaping a campaign, improving a digital experience or supporting a team through change. I enjoy the variety, the collaboration and the opportunity to bring different ideas together to create something that's both thoughtful and effective.
